i have to say, i was a little disappointed. i mean, i drove an hour out of town to get to a movie theater showing this movie, so excited to watch something that is so critically acclaimed… and it was pretty average. don’t get me wrong, it’s pretty good. it is a sweet movie with incredibly witty and charming dialog, however i found the plot was nothing special and neither was the acting. the music was a rather redeeming quality to the movie though. the director is one of my favorites, having done thank you for smoking as well, so it had nice… direction… but it’s not an absolutely phenomenal movie and it ain’t terribly great… i’d have to say that people should indeed watch it though. i think the hype of the movie is really just what ruined it for me…
